1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Crunch platform ("Service"), operated by Crunch Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crunch is a creator commerce operations platform that helps brands manage creator relationships, track affiliate performance across e-commerce platforms (including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada), and streamline campaign payouts in Southeast Asia.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for requests.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
